We oversaw every detail from building design to ongoing school management, web design services, branding, marketing, curriculum development and day to day operation supervision. Through our quarterly strategic planning sessions, we analyze market trends and competitors to ensure ABC is always at the forefront of providing world-class early childhood education. ABC International School is an elite private preschool in Tokyo.

Recognizing a global need for online home learning support, we spearheaded this education company from creation to implementation. We provide ongoing project management support and staff supervision. Being an online endeavor, we created a marketing plan with a rollout that starts in Japan and will move to North America in the coming year.

Design Consultants
This was a very unique and exciting pro-bono project for us. We believed in the vision that owner Kim Rainthorpe had to transform the stables on her farm into a homeschool learning hub for the community. We contrasted the rich natural elements and nature feel of wood with a light and airy colour scheme. We were able to help transform a small space into 2 learning envirenments, an outdoor art exploration zone, a preschool nesting area with bathroom facilities and two entrances. This was a labour of love that we were proud to consult on.
Indoor playground
We transformed a 2000 sq ft office space into a wonderland for children. We created the business model, hired staff, implemented a marketing campaign and created a cafe inside for parents. Located in Azabu Juban, Japan, the Fun House was an oasis for active children and tired parents!
